ok, maybe this is a bad habit, Im always changing/adding to my program.... and now I've added cayenne 1 pill twice a day for circulation. I take it with food. So far no bad side effects. I do feel it in my stomach about 20 minutes or so later. I always have cold hands and feet, so I know that my circulation is not the best. I've also heard that ginger is good for circulation and I've seen ginger tea at the supermarket... Always wanted to try it, but will wait and see if cayenne will do the trick or not. will report back later.
