how long does the swelling last (typically) if you leave the domes on for 72 hours?

I'm assuming it depends on how quickly our body gets rid of excess water, your metabolism, genes etc. I'm guessing this is Brava domes we're talking about here?

How quickly do you usually deflate? Take that----and multiply it by the longer session and.....there you go I guess. I don't know exactly how long the swelling will last.
I don't think it's possible to really say.

Though they probably swelled up really big from that long of wear so of course it will take longer to go down the larger they are.

How on Earth did you manage to wear them for 72 hours? 12 hours drove me insane :-P

72 hours probably causes DAMAGE. In fact, any oedema (swelling) is a sign of tissue damage.
