It's not the same as herbs. Ultra Breast and Bountiful Breast are the two main brands for BO and they were both made for teenagers who aren't developing breasts correctly but you need to have your period for at least 2 years to take it. From my understanding herbs are phytoestrogens, so taking them is adding hormones to your body and doing this at the wrong time, can confuse the body thus messing up your hormone levels. BO is of course made from cow ovaries and it helps your body create more of the hormones itself instead of adding to them like herbs do. Make sense?
