--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First the good. I am in the 5th week with Brava and seem to be having lots of sucess. It is staying more and more at night afterr the domes have been off all day. Now the bad. Buyer beware! Brava is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with regarding customer service. The first pair of domes I bought I outgrew the first night. I had measured twice and was in the right size according to the brava specialist but my nipples touched the end of the domes. When I called they said I would have to buy a new set of domes. I explained that I had sized them correctly only then did she tell me to lean over and then measure which bumped me up a size. My smart box broke the first week and the second( afer returning it) So I switched to the airlock. It was much tighter anyway. When I ordered my new bigger domes, they had an incorrect zip code- I don't know why since they had my original info but instead of contacting me they just let it go and finally a week later when I called to ask why I had not recieved them she got around to correcting the address. She tried to say it would be another 5 days and only after I pitched a fit did she offer to upgrade shipping. Basically Brava works but the company does not! Save yourself some money buy it off ebay go larger than you think with the domes and do the manual airlock. Hope this helps someone

When i ordered my brava it took so long time that i called them to ask where it was. They had forgot to ship it! When i use the bravacalculator on the internet i was suposed to have wide medium but they gave me wide large. But i am glad they did because i never out grew them. They make many sizes to earn more money. So buy the large even if you are suposed to have medium. The only important thing is to find out if you are wide or narrow. but i never had problems when i called the support and asked for questions. Just bad i never found this forum until after i bad stopped using my brava.

how do you know if you're a narrow, or medium? i though i'd be a narrow, as was originally a 32b bra size, but my breasts are so squashed in at the sides that i can't really fit them in, i thought maybe a should have gotten a wide, but i have a small rib cage. Is the difference in size the actual dome bit in the middle, or just the seal that's wider on the wide domes?

I think that the narrows are for 30 and below for bra size pretty much everyone I talk to is a wide. Hope this helps

I'd really like to give Brava a try, and based on everything I've read and your advice it sounds like it is a good idea to buy the domes and the manual airlock. My only hesitation is that I don't know how much pressure to apply if I use the manual airlock. That's why I was thinking it might be good to have the smartbox - so that I'm getting the right amount of pressure. But if anyone could give me advice on how much pressure to use with the airlock, it might save me from having to buy the smartbox! Any tips?

Hello,
I am also using the airlock and it is very easy. You will know how much pressure you have to put on because to much is painfull and will give you purple breasts
to little will not give you any swellling. You will feel it when you use it, you should put as much pressure as you can have without it being or becoming painful.
The first night I would not use as much, your body has to get used to it.
You shouldn't worry about it, it is really easy.
good luck !
