Collagen is in the ligaments which are for support/elasticity/bounce/not-sagging. Vitamin C provides some hormonal preservation IIRC and other tissue preservation. You need a million other nutrients too so I'd get something more general instead. Try a balanced diet including unblocked sunlight, nuts, eggs, fish, fruit, veggies and whole grain foods. You need more of the the things listed last but the things listed first (in smaller amounts) are more important for what you're after.
