Jane, I think your a lucky guy to have a girlfriend thats so free in her spirit that she isn't threatened by you being fem. I agree with Anastasia that you need to be sure that having breasts is something you really want. Talk to her and make sure that she realizes that it could take away your ability to get hard and stay hard. The best thing to do is go slow and be sure before you commit too far. Getting breasts are not the only thing that'll happen. Your hips will grow along with your butt. Be sure you want to have a fem body before you start. If you decide its what you want go for it.
