I have to go with most people on this on, it sounds very much like your GF wants to be with a woman but doesn't want a real woman if that makes sense to you.

As with all the other advice here, what you need to understand is once you start this process, and the effects take place they are pretty much irriversable, what you need to ask yourself is... do you want breasts?

If so then get some good advice, and follow a proven program with the right products. Most women take a lot of time to think about enlarging their bust, but they do it for the right reasons, not to please a partner.
