I'm not sure about the UK but I've heard there are quite a few countries where bovine ovary is illegal, so it doesn't get through customs. Maybe check on that? Otherwise I'm not sure. I would definitely get in contact with BB and ask them. I didn't receive mine for over a month after I ordered, because it was accidentally placed on hold (they then refunded my shipping costs which was very nice). Hopefully you can get it figured out!
