My story is long and complicated. I am going to try to make it as simple as possible so you guys can help me out!
At 17 I became an anorexic, and had not fully developed yet. Pretty much messed up my entire body, and worst period of my life that I deeply regret. Now fully recovered, my doc prescribed the birth control pill to regain my lost period of 4 YEARS!!!!!! Got the period, but had chest pain, severe varicose veins etc. Stopped it right away, and hormones are still imbalanced. I had bloodwork done last week, and waiting on the results to see at what level are my hormones.
Anyways, now I am 22. since then my breast is still an A cup, not round or firm, and I am very disappointed and upset. The females in my family or a B or above. I am afraid to take the synthetic hormones because of their side effects, but instead I am trying natural herbs slowly and closely monitoring their effect on my body.
Two questions:
1) If I balance my hormones, will my breast pick up its development from where it left of since anorexia?
2) What can I do to increase their size now? I have heard about breast pumps, fenugreek, BO, massaging, but I am so confused of which one works best?
I need a safe and effective approach to this. I did some major damage during puberty and hopefully I can revert some of it. Thank you!!!
