Hello I just registered and im really hoping to "boost my bust" I've read about fenugreek & saw palmetto & red clover. Yesterday I was hoping to pick these 3 herbs up but I've only been able to find one. I only found saw palmetto 450mg and it says it should not be taken by women. Can I still take it? How many tablets and how often can I take them? Do these herbs increase fertility?
