Melatonin inhibits sexual development in children. As for adults it doesn't really affect sex hormones but the scientists know little about the corelation.

I looked through a lot of info on it but still can't make up my mind if it is good or bad for NBE. When I was on BO I at first wasn't taking it with pineal gland because I was thinking it would inhibit growth. But in the end of my BO experience I started taking it and my BBT (body basal temperature) chart looked just perfect! But in most studies it says that melatonin doesn't affect sex hormones. Then again, I wasn't taking melatonin, just pineal gland which is responsible for production of melatonin (I'm sure it does millio[/b]n other things).
