I started taking one a day of 450mg, then increased to 2, then to 3 for a total of 1350mg total per day now. You have to watch out for cellulite with SP. And start out slow, and take what makes u comfortable. Maybe 3 160mg capsules a day which would be 500mg per day. You should always start on the low side, and then ramp if it's needed. I started taking SP and a multivitamin a week before I even started the herbs. Then I added Barley and Hops, and then the Fenugreek a week after that. I think it helped because I slowly introduced herbs to my system.
