I know all those stuff.
I use the "Lady Comp".
My temp before ovulation is around the 3.0-3.1. when I ovulate it goes to 35.85-36.9.
And after i ovulate it goes up to 36.3.
only once my body temp went up high 36.9. I got so scared that I was preg....hahahahahahaha... but that was only one day.
the day that I get my period my body temp dropes to 36.1 and that's how I know that I am going to have my period that day.
I will try to read the charts on your program...
