You can buy BO at Swansons Vitamins. That's where I get mine. Or you can go down the path of purchasing a brand like BB or UB. Just note that BB in particular is very expensive.
You don't need to do a cleanse beforehand unless you have been taking the herbs right up to this point in time. Otherwise just start BO.
Things to note - you should support the BO with other supplements such as adrenals, l-tyrosine, pituitary, kelp, multi-vitamin, collagen.

Make sure you eat lots of protein in your diet, and definitely eat protein with each meal. Don't eat a meal full of carbs with no protein.
