I've been looking into BO, not sure if I want to try it yet, but one thing I've noticed is a lack of information concerning birth control. I'm on the NuvaRing, so if I do decide to take BO, is it safe to use with BC? Are there any side effects I should be aware of? Because that's an extra dose of hormones...
