A lady in her early forties were in the same boat, lost weight and lost some of her boobs in the process, but got back up, albeit slower, with fenugreek (about 3000 mg) and about 7000-9000 MSM, with plenty of massage (like 10 minutes using boobie paste fenugreek extract with cocoa cream or olive oil and applying 15 min heat after.).
Since you have PM, maybe start with that and see how the results are. I know mydreamisGcup have phenomenal success with Ainterol pm taking 2 x 500mg PM daily together with other supplements. Perhaps, you can check her personal program page. I also like what Ginnie (personal program) is doing with her PM program.
I don't know about Breast Actives though. I know that you are not supposed to mix PM with any other herbs. I changed my mind and dropped the pm from my herbs mix, and will take pm again after I'm done with my current greenbush kit#2 supply.
