breast massage and milk
#1

has anyone else who's been doing breast massage find that their breasts started to produce milk?

i started vigorous breast massage about 2 weeks ago. a week into it, my breasts felt meatier. then my nipples became more sensitive. when i pressed down around the areola, a little bit of milk comes out.

i don't think massages contribute to breast growth in the sense that it will store more fat in them... nor will it create more mammary glands. rather, i think massages are good for circulation, and swelling up the glands, and in some cases, trigger milk production, hence the temporary fullness.
