I used the PM cream from Ainterol (two tubes so far) but have been mainly using the capsules. I do think it helped as I was using it (the PM cream) primarily on my smaller breast which is now pretty close to the size of the (formerly) larger one.

The last time I ordered, I got the bulk PM powder and filled capsules myself. The bulk PM itself is about half the price of buying it already in caps, but you also have to figure in the cost of a manual capsule filler (available on amazon along with empty capsules) and the time it takes to fill them. I have found the process fairly easy to master and don't mind the extra time it takes to fill a hundred or so capsules at a sitting.

I have also have one smaller (my left), think about this if you use your right hand for writing, etc.. the muscle is working more and more circulation, so I am thinking along with the extra massaging use the left arm/hand more too.. Well I have a good feeling about the ainterol PM been hearing alot of good things. Has your smaller boob size stay or was it just swelling and if it did stay how long did it take for it to size up to the other one..hehe.. How long have you been taking PM and other than the one boobie have both gotten bigger yet..

Good idea of the bulk.. I have a link to a site that sells empty caps geltin or veg for good price and they sell bulk herbs etc but no PM I asked today..
