I have also noticed my appetite is out of control, but it's confusing because I am only applying fenugreek as a topical. I've read that spearmint tea is a mild androgen blocker and was thinking of adding it to my program, But I will stick with what I'm doing for now because I'm so new to all of this. I've been reading up on PM but I'm to afraid of messing with my body chemistry on that level. As for fennel tea I truly believe it is whats making the difference with the cellulite, mind you before I started the fenugreek I did notice it had an appetite suppressing effect. I have gained 5 lbs but... still no cellulite YAYYYY
