I had a hysterectomy almost two years ago, where my uterus and cervix removed, but I still have my ovaries. Obviously I don't have periods; but I really don't have any symptoms of ovulation either; so I don't know when or if I ovulate. When I start PM, would I be OK to take it every day? Or should I try to determine when/if I ovulate, and cycle it like everyone else? I guess I'm confused about what matters most about PM: the periods or ovulation? Anyone have any thoughts???
Hi,
I put hysterectomy in the search on this site and there was this link and another that was similar..

I think you should private message or email Wahaika and ask more about your question.. this person in the link doesnt mention about having ovaries..so you may have even more of an advantage.. There are some women that took PM through the whole month but when ovulation started they just did a low dose.. I know you mentioned you dont ovulate.. I never charted/keep track of mine so I have no clue when I do..guess I have to start tracking.. I will keep looking for more info for you..k
Hey food for thought... how do the men do it then..
Thank you
