PM can cause infertility in women (when not used properly). The reason why some women use it for only part of the month is because they are trying to avoid this effect. If you have had a hysterectomy and don't plan on having any more children, then I think it would be ok to use it all month long. Not in as high doses as then men though (because you naturally, produce more estrogen than they do).
Now if you want to ensure that your ovaries continue to produce viable eggs, then you would have to cycle like the rest of us.
As to not having mood swings as a result of too much estrogen, I would say you have to listen to your body, until you find the right dosage for you.
