you dont have to cycle(ramp up at certain time of cycle) pm its just that some women find it changes their period but you can also just start pm slowly gradually increaseing dose during the first few weeks to an amount that is right for you(max 1000mg p/d) but if you dont cycle you still take a week off after 3months to reclear estrogen receptors
