It looks like you suffer most in the week before your period. You cloud try stopping PM 2 weeks before your period and use a progestin in those 2 weeks. Then, when the period starts, start PM again for 2 weeks, and then the progestin until the period starts, and so on. You could try progestin herbs, like licorice or red clover, but on this forum, there is most experience with progesterone cream. That could stop your NBE development, but getting your cycle right is more important now.

OK..dam you explain things so well thank..please become a specialist in herbs and such your very good at itBig Grin Yes symptoms are only during the week before my period..as we speak now I am doing better, actually when my period came full blown (2 days before it was brownish then stopped second day samething, then third day bam cramps/reds as red can be bleeding). What you wrote is what I was thinking and it would work out good cause I did start the PM at the same time of my period right now..yes balancing the hormones are def. more so cause it would be a waste of time/money/health just to wing it with taking this and that.. and yes I rather take hebs for progest. then the cream cause I read about the cream and it doesnt sound like a good choice to me. So I guess I am not as lost in this hormone thing than I think..Smile

Thank you Isabelle.
