Well, its been quite a while since i posted, but i've not got much to update with, really. Not much bigger than the last time i posted, but i also messed up my doses by forgetting to take them on time a lot. I forgot them completely for almost a month and had a terrible period again, so definitely want to keep taking the gum.

I'm worried though, today my period started over a week early, and everything i've found says the main cause is hormones being imbalanced, so i'm wondering if the gum caused it or not. Other possible factors include a sudden extreme increase in caffeine intake, traveling cross country, and stressing about my fiance while i'm away. I'm really hoping its all the coffee i drank on the three day road trip, after limiting my caffeine intake since last year because of the zoft regimen. Feeling pretty ucky today, too, so i'm hoping it goes away.

Also, i saw a lot of things about mid thirties menopause causing early periods, but i'm still in my early twenties, and i dont have children, i dont drink, smoke, or do drugs, and in fact, i avoid taking even aspirin or pamprin or other meds (stopped taking pepto, it expired on me once, awful) unless i have to, so it isnt due to those things either.
