I stumbled upon this forum yesterday and have been hooked to it since. There are so many different methods and combos of herbs that I am just confused!
A little about me:
27 yrs old
106 lbs
5'3
32B
1 child 4 yrs old
Before I had my son I was about 110lbs and wore a 32C and during my pregnancy I was a full 34C
I am planning on buying a noogle and also doing massages daily and am wondering which herbs you think will work best with that program. My end goal is to a nice full C cup.
