Hi,
Long story short.. not sure if I have high androgens.. ok I started my PM Friday night (ainterol brand) took one 500 mg, Sat took 1, Sun 2 morn. and bed, Mon 1 then left without them to my sisters (stuck without them for 6 days, going back home Sat or Sun) so I bought FG well I get some tingling not a lot and not all the time mostly just 1 hour after taking it and just a twinge here and then and not long.. I started with 1 Tues noon, then mid eve, then at bed, today I took 2 morn, 1 just now and plan on 1 bed.. now the question is should I feel alot more tingling and such signs stronger... is it possible I may need a higher dose, and when you start feeling good growing signs stay at that dose.. Is it possible at my age 47 I really need my estrogen levels higher.. I also notice when I drink fennel or spearmint tea I get more chin hair, is it possible it is adjusting (cleaning them out) and they will slowly decrease or is it messing it up..I also take the SP which seems like it helps with the chin hair if I dont drink the teas like today no teas, I only take 2 SP 1 morn and mid day I cant take it at night cause it causes me to wake up from sleep ( I find I stop breathing then it turns into a panic attack) but taking during the day I am ok.. When I get back home I plan on going back on the PM but not sure...
So guess that wasnt short
So my point is does it sound like I have low estrogen or does FG and PM effect me dif.. When I took the PM it seemed like it was either clearing my skin bring alot of stuff to the surface...was it adjusting cause some say in like 10 days give or take there skin was awsome.. give it time..
