I don't know how the FN tea affects this, but the spearmint tea is a weaker anti-androgen than SP. On the male NBE forum, there is agreement that when they take SP, they stick to SP as the only anti-androgen, like many people prefer PM as their only phyto-estrogen. The teas are useful at the start of the ramp-up, before they are replaced by stronger herbs that do the same.
Maybe try that, or give it more time: in the journeys of most male to female transsexuals, facial hair is the one change that takes longer than all the others. And they get anti-androgen medication with lots of side effects, much stronger than SP. And laser hair removal, IPL, and electrolysis.
Another thing you could check is your other supplements that are "good for hair growth". Maybe you're taking too much of one of those too soon, so your anti-androgen ramp-up can't keep up.
For instance, I have a supplement here called "super hair formula". One tablet contains 10,000 % of recommended daily intake of vitamin B12, and also 1,000's of %s of RDI of other B vitamins. On top of that, choline, inositol, L-cystein, PABA, and a few minerals. It's a hair bomb. Take one of those every day, and you'll be growing chin hair out your nose. And no amount of spearmint tea will stop it.
It sounds like FG is working for you. To make sure, try it in massage, and take your time. If it's really your herb, it will give you a swell
