New to NBE...advise on what herbs to take?

I went a head and bought kit #3 from greenbush. Do you think that kit will be effective? It came with SP, Wild Yam, FG (each pill 575mg) it also came with powdered fennel and fenugreek. How much of each herb should I take daily?
