Not after your period, but the day before you ovulate should be the last day you take it. Most women ovulate 14 days after day 1 of cycle. Some ovulate earlier, and some later. You should read Ginie's program page, she talks about tracking temperature and ovulation if I remember correctly. It says generic BO, but she switches to PM in this program.
