Hi Lela, your program is similar to mine. I had good growth and I'm sure you will too.
1. St.Herb cream or serum? I bought regular cream and that wasn't expensive. Serums or nano-cream are really way too expensive.
2. Progesterone cream is needed if you are progesterone deficient or if you've used PM for over 3 months (to sensitize estrogen receptors) or if you're estrogen dominant (though if this case you should be using PM).
3. In luteal phase I use PM cream, not pills. I had few days delay anyway since I switched to Siriporn (with St.Herb I didn't have any delays, don't know what to think of it, maybe Siriporn is stronger, maybe it's just worse).
4. Herbs in B-Up Drop are mainly weaker phytoestrogens and prolactine increasing herbs. You can choose to take them (FG, WY, Fennel, so on) or just use PM cream in luteal phase. Notorious Carlaa used to say that the most effective is to use topical PM, not pills.
