I bought Wild Yam capsules recently and I've been taking them, but I've since been reading that Wild Yam cream is more popular/considered more effective?
I can open the capsules and remove the wild yam powder. Is it possible/a good idea to make cream/oil from this to use for massaging? Should I keep taking Wild Yam in capsule form and split the dose between cream/capsules?
