I have been on a NBE quest for a year now. I had the contraceptive injection for part and then was on bcp up until last month so during that time I opted for non hormonal NBE, the Noogleberry. I am no expert on herbs and routines as I have only just started mine myself. I think with the herbs you have to be consistent, a cup of fenugreek tea every other day isn't going to have an effect on your boobs. As with many other things the key is consistency and persistency but, with effort you will see results!
What spurred me on to start a herbal routine is this thread, if this isn't inspiring I don't know what is!
I am trying to get boobies on a budget so couldn't get some of her products but looked at the ingredients and improvised. I am not taking the pig placenta though - bleeeuuuurrrrgggh. I hope that's not the key to her success!

I think it really is trial and error and you have to try something and then go from there - adpating as you need to. Have you seen the thread on Maca? That might be a good option for you if you do want to add a little more roundness to your booty as well as gaining a bit up on top!
