Hi Michelle, I got your PM, but if you don't mind I do prefer answering questions on the forum so others can see the same answers if they have the same questions. Regarding the PM, no I didn't start out an A, I started my journey as a 32AA, I am now a 32D, don't go by my avatar I am wearing a VS push up bra there. For the best pics go to my picture page under programs, then go to the picture programs from there. I have before and afters on there. When I started my journey with NBE when I was 18, I was in your same shoes. Had a baby boy, breastfed for 3 months. Before pregnancy I was a 32B. I went to a 34C while pregnant and breastfeeding. As you can tell after the 3 months of breastfeeding I went down to a 32AA. If you have space in your bra... sorry to break this to you, and I sure as hell had a hard time admitting it myself, but you are wearing the wrong bra size hun. I did the SAME EXACT THING!!! I thought I was still a 32B when I was a 32AA, but I had space in my bras as well... and now I can admit I use to put rolled up socks or gel inserts to make up for the space!
My suggestion, measure yourself to see what size you really are. Finding the right bra size makes all the difference. First measure right under your breasts, on the rib cage. Make sure your lungs aren't completely filled, don't breath out all the way either cause then the bra can end up too tight. I'd say go inbetween breathing all the way in and all the way out, find where you are comfortable. That measurement, for example mine is varies between 27 inches and 28 inches. Okay now if it's an odd number add 5 if it's an even number add 4. So with either of my measurements I get 32, that's the band size. Now next measure the breasts. Measure on the fullest part, for some people that's the top part, some it's the bottom, and some like me it's at the nips. Okay, now I get 36 1/2 inches last I checked on the breast measurement. Now you subtract the band measurement from the breast measurement. For me I get 4 1/2 now. Now for USA bra sizes 1= A cup 2=B 3= C 4=D 5=DD 6=E and so on. 0 and below are a AA. When I started my journey I was 32 on the breast measurement, thus making me a 32AA, understand now? I grew 4 1/2 inches through my journey, which was NOT over night, it takes time, patience, consistency, etc. My full program, everything I did that worked and didn't work is talked about on my picture program page.
Now once you get your actual bra size, I'd say read around the forum, find what program or methods you think would work best for you. No one else can tell you what works best for you. You have to READ READ READ and READ some more, I preach research! What works for me may not work for you. That's how NBE is. There is no one size fits all. It's all trial and error until you find what works for you. Personally I grew on a few main things. But I've seen others do things that didn't work for me and get wonderful results. So yea, like I said, read through the different methods and programs then try what you think may work for you. Give each program you try at least 6 months to be sure it has the time it needs to show results, that is if you don't have any bad side effects. Once you start having any bad side effects on anything, find out if you may be missing something, maybe doing or taking too much of it, then alter it from there, if that doesn't help and you still have side effects. Stop the program then cleanse, then start something else.
I'm not trying to deter anyone from anything to do with NBE, but rushing into things can turn into having bad side effects, that's why I stress research and finding what is best for you. I personally got bad side effects from an individual herb program, so stopped it after 3 months, after trying to see if altering it helped. But others have grown many cup sizes on individual herb programs. So like I said what worked for them, didn't for me. And vice versa me to others.
Anyway hope this answers your questions and others as well. Hope you find what will work for you, good luck!
