i am actually starting to notice change after one month! i'm so happy i don't think the change is big enough to post pictures but my breasts have definately perked up a little! or so my partner says! my bra is definatley a little tighter.
i'm still planning on using pm but i think i may continue using the breast actives (or the same herbs as it's cheaper!) in the second half of my cycle
