I've been reading over a lot of your posts, and you seem to understand exactly how this all works, so I have a few questions for you.

I'd really like to understand how the estrogen binding and progesterone binding receptors work, especially around the different times of my cycle. Should I take some herbs at certain points during my cycle?

I also read about something called cycling, or changing up the amount of herbal intake every now and then so my growth doesn't stall. Would you suggest stopping the herbs completely during those points, or just decreasing them?

I'm also looking into birth control. Most likely nuva ring. I was told only saw palmetto would interfere with the hormones, but I'm skeptical.

I'm taking fenugreek, fennel, saw palmetto, dong quai, and wild yam. I'm looking into starting red clover. I'd really like to know what each of these do. I'm a huge science nerd and I like to understand EXACTLY what's going on in my body.

I know I've asked a lot of questions, both on this post and previously, but I've looked everywhere on this site and I can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for, and it's rare for me to get answers to my posts in the first place. I'm really hoping I get one for this.
