I missed a day of massage (the 12th). I didn't get to massage or take anything because I was gone from home all day. I don't like missing days.
But My breasts have been getting tingly and itchy, and I get occasional pains although it's rare.
My left breast is catching up.
It's still smaller, but the difference between the two is not as much as it was last time. My husband says he can't see a difference anymore, though I can.
As soon as my breast catches up I will go back to massaging both in the mornings, and adjust according if they become uneven again.
