I'm new here
I would first like to start of by saying, everyone on here is very inspirational. I sometimes find it hard to stick to some things, but seeing all the amazing results, I really hope I can achieve my goals and share my success with all of you!

I am 21 turning 22 in a few months. 5'1 and 45kg.
I currently am on Implanon - no periods.
I take 1 Multivitamin, 1 Biotin and 2 Fish Oil Tablets, as well as the chewable Vitamin C tablets.
Gym about 2 - 3 times a week.
I have a weird thing about having to swallow so many capsules, so looking more into this, I love that Eve's program incorporates herbs into food.
I would like to follow Eve's program and also take Maca.
Do I need to start off on small doses of each herb as well as Maca?
Any tips about using Maca or Eve's program?
Really appreciate all your help. I have done abit of research, but still seem a little stuck on where to start.
