Thanks for the input.
I've always love dairies and also drink raw milk frequently, so far no problem. Hence I believe i'm not lactose intolerant. Anyway i checked the ingredient list , the sweetener is stevia and no mentioned of other artificial sweeteners or not
so we'll never know (not listed doesn't mean not present).
Since I'm Chinese my staple is usually rice meat, vege all that which i was initially concern for the lack of protein, but heck, like you guys maybe I'll just stick back to my normal diet (though in my case a more Asian one) but eat more eggs, meat stuff.
Could spirulina help? coz it's said to be rich in protein (more than beef) but it's marine source though
