I have read about 20 posts; some say no way should you combine TOPICAL phtoestrogens with BO internally. While others say you can put anything topically because it only goes to the area applied and not into the blood stream or something along those lines.

Which is true?

I started UB yesterday but also purchased a Pueraria Mirifica cream for massage but not unsure if I can use the two together.
