Here I found that the side effect of excess estrogen is breast enlargement:
"The following symptoms are typical of excess estrogen and progesterone
depletion: breast enlargement and tenderness, water retention, heavy
menstrual flow or irregular periods, carbohydrate cravings, weight gain
(fat on hips and thighs), fibrocystic breasts, uterine fibroids, loss of libido,
PMS, mood swings/depression, and certain types of acne."

"Progesterone’s many functions in the body include: inhibiting breast tissue
overgrowth"

AREN'T WE ALL are trying to cause "breast tissue overgrowth" lol
I still find information saying the progesterone is important for the growth of breast:
"Ductal and lobular-alveolar development is mainly influenced by estrogen and progesterone respectively"

So do we or don't we use progesterone in our NBE program?
