Progesterone stops NBE growth?

#3

As with any of this we are all guessing with our experiences. Years ago I became estrogen dominant. I found dr. Lee's book and began using progesterone. One of the things I had noticed with the estrogen dominance was that over time what had been perky firm A's had become loose and saggy. If I leaned over without a bra it was just loose skin and hung oddly and was not attractive. The progesterone cream firmed them back up supposedly by fluffing the cells back up that estrogen dominance is supposed to shrink at least that was my understanding from the book. Anyway once I was balanced out after about a year I then began to get rock hard breast that were painful along with other symptoms. It seemed I no longer needed to supplement so everytime I used it, it was giving me progesterone dominance symtoms. When I stopped using it I retained the fluff and firmness from my initial use but the hard painfull swelling went away within days.... my thoughts on the progesterone and growth is that it works only with what you have. Kind of like if you put a raisin into water and it rehydrates to it's original form. As for bo being progesterone based ....raw glandulars are just that as we all know. Ovaries produce estrogen and progesterone and there really isn't a way to provide a raw glandular of one or the other, so the bo is both estrogen and progesterone based, but in a world where women fear estrogen dominance it's in the companies interest to only say it's progesterone based. I know it's one of the things that drew me to it.
In my opinion it is the better choice for anyone concerned over estrogen load. I do think that it contributes to both which is better than only one but I also know that my progesterone was slightly higher by the end of my bo use in comparison to my estrogen levels. Was that due to the bo or to my body I can't really say. Like I said before we are just guessing at alot of this.
