Hi Melissa,

Never take more than 3 capsules of 250 mg MT a day. Start it up slowly. If you have an extract, say 4:1, divide the dose by 4. Twister Mama got a bad allergic reaction. It's in her program thread.

I don't know how to start BB. Mel or Anastasia should know.
