It's from Nature's Bounty called Fish,Flax, Borage, Omega 3-6-9
Bottle has 60 pills. One per serving

It has:

Vitamin E: 5 IU's. 17% daily value

Fish Oil: 400mg
Organic Flaxseed Oil: 400mg
Borage Seed Oil: 400mg

in other ingredients they list
Gelatin, Glycerin, and Soybean Oil.


Everything in it sounds great for my NBE regime and I love what Fish Oil does otherwise too. I just don't know what Borage Oil might be good for in NBE.
