Hello everyone!
I'm 31 years old, very short, normal body type (perhaps a little bit on the chubby side) and I wear a 34B, although I don't fill the cups completely. I'd love to reach a C cup, and I've been working on it these past three months, eating food rich in phyto-strogens (like sunflower seeds and soy) and massaging my breasts daily. I'm thinking about herb pills but I'm not sure which ones will be good for me as I have a slight hormonal disorder.
Since I started I've gained about 2 cm (an inch aprox.) so it has encouraged me to keep on trying.
I've joined the forums to learn more about natural enlargement, and to find support: reading other people experiences are a big inspiration to me
And I really hope the results of my own experience will be inspiring for somebody in the future!
