Hello, my name is Dave. I'm a 56 year old male. I'm here for myself. I found this forum while searching the web. The book that got me looking into herbs was, the Green Pharmacy by James A. Duke, PhD, Rodale Press.
About a year ago, I noticed that my breasts had gotten larger, hmm. So I started going through my books on herbs, and that one was the only that had any info, not even the one on herbs for women.
Anyway, I started out adding some of the herbs listed to my food and making a tea with some, just those I got from the spice section at my local supermarket. So here I am, a year later, up to a 52AA from a 52AAA.
Starting measurements:
then;
48" under breasts (tight)
50" around breasts (loose, nipples pressed in)
now;
48" under breasts
51" around breasts
I don't know how much, if any of this growth, can be attributed to the herbs, as I'm over-weight. So now I'm getting more serious about this. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
About a week ago I started on the following:
AM
1 Multi-vitamin
1 Fish, Flaxseed, Borage Oil capsule - Omega 3, 6, 9
2 Saw Palmetto - 450mg each
2 Fenugreek - 610mg each
1 Turmeric - 500mg
1 MSM - 1500mg
2 L-Arginine - 500mg each
PM
1 Fish, Flaxseed, Borage Oil capsule
1 Borage Oil capsule - 500mg
2 Saw Palmetto - 450mg each
2 Fenugreek - 610mg each
1 Turmeric - 500mg
2 L-Arginine - 500mg each
1 Stinging Nettle 500mg
1 Vitamin B-Complex w/C & Zinc (stress)
1 Vitamin C - 1000mg
1 Vitamin D3 - 1000 IU
1 Vitamin E - 1000 IU
Additions, subtractions to the above are possible and likely to happen, as I go along.
The 'big' in my username may be taken in any of several ways, two of which are my height and weight. I'm 6' 7" tall (2m) and I weigh about 330 pounds.
I must, I must take off the pounds. Just not off my bust!
However! It doesn't as yet apply to my boobs. :/
