Can someone explain the differences between St. Herb, siriporn, thanyaporn, etc, how they work orally vs topically, and how the type and the way it is taken affect the dose?

Once I get a regular cycle, I'd like to use PM roughly days 7-12 and 16-19 but I am so so so confused about what to buy!
