Thanks, ak89! I had emailed the company yesterday before posting my question here. I didn't think I would receive a fast response at all (which was why I asked here also) but I ended up getting a reply just several hours later! I placed my order on the 22nd and just received it today too! Thanks for letting me know that not receiving an order confirmation is just normal with them. Now I'll know for future reference.
