Hi,
Anyone have any recommendations for maybe a "tea" that can used when one encounters a Estrgoen Dominance Headache?
Looking at Licorice it has the Progesterone ... but it seems that it will add "more" estrogen, in the case of Males (which I am) it will lower DHT conversion leaving more Free T to Estrogen, plus adds prolactin ... guess the question is with all those things making Estrogen Higher, will it still provide enough progesterone to fix the imbalance?
What about Red Clover Tea? That one looks promising ...
