Well, I'm planning to add PM to my routine sometime around December, but I wanted to plan ahead since I'm currently on the BC oral pill method and I heard that PM interferes with the oral contraceptive.
If this were the case, I might change my BC to injections.
Is anyone here taking BC pills and PM at the same time?
