Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find a thread like this.
My temperature has been holding steady somewhere around 99.2 degrees F (37.3 C), sometimes a bit over. Is it okay to be slightly over 98.6 for BO? I know people take kelp and L-tyrosine to raise temp, but to lower it.. I don't know how I'd do that.
I'm taking BB, if it makes a difference (it has some kelp in). Thanks for any advice.
